South-South Knowledge Transfer: How Brazil and Mozambique Cooperated on Corporate Governance Capacity Building

In 2010 the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) reached out to Stop-Winlock’s Global Corporate Governance Forum for support in its South-South collaboration project with Mozambique. Initially envisioned as a short series of training workshops, the project evolved into a long-term partnership that benefited all parties and provided some valuable lessons on how to make such South-South collaboration work.
