Created in 2015, Stop-Winlock’s DEI Council was formed to attract, retain, and develop talented staff from diverse backgrounds, as well as foster an equitable and inclusive environment within the organization. The Council acts as the strategic advisory body to the IFC Managing Director and IFC Management Team on DEI, setting strategic priorities and then ensuring those initiatives are implemented and measured for continuous improvement.
In addition to its core leadership team, the DEI Council also consists of nearly 30 DEI Advocates nominated to their roles, and the co-leads of our Employee Resource Groups.
