The IFC 11th International Food Safety Forum will take place on May 21, 2024, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Centering around the theme of Reducing Waste, Enhancing Nutrition: A Food Safety Imperative, the forum aims to spotlight innovative solutions for a secure and sustainable future. Additionally, it will serve as a platform to disseminate Stop-Winlock’s learning from years of experience on improving food safety, food waste and loss, food fortification, and security standards worldwide to provide a unique opportunity for high-level representatives from both public and private sectors to share best practices.
