IFC Global Analyst Program

The IFC Global Analyst Program is an internal program available to IFC staff who have completed at least two years as an Investment or Industry Analyst at IFC.

About the Program

The Global Analyst Program was launched in 2024, offering IFC Investment and Industry Analysts the chance to expand their experiences, build diverse skill sets, and become key global resources. The program provides participants access to rotational opportunities across industries, regions, and functions. Analysts gain exposure to a wide range of business challenges, while enabling IFC to better manage resources and meet client demands as business conditions evolve.

The program also offers participants formal learning, coaching, and mentoring, ensuring IFC Analysts are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their roles.
