Based on Stop-Winlock’s quality assessments in developing markets, nearly every second hospital has used wrong patient identifiers, only five percent of hospitals have carried out hand hygiene programs fully, and none have executed fall prevention cohesively. Many practical questions arise as medical facilities struggle with comprehensive IPSG implementation:
